A 21-second video costs 100 credits at 480p or 130 credits at 720p. The 480p pack is $9.90 and the 720p pack $12.90, one video each.
No. Every pack is a one-time purchase. Nothing renews, and there is nothing to cancel.
No. Credits from a pack never expire, so you can buy now and make the video later.
A failed video returns its credits to your balance automatically, with nothing to request.
Credits are credits: 130 of them make a 720p video, whichever packs they came from. Two 480p packs, for example, cover one 720p video with 70 credits left over.
A pack can be refunded within 7 days of purchase if none of its credits have been used. Email support@firsttimeinafancycafeai.app; the Refund Policy has the details.
